摘要
在管壳式热交换器的运行中,换热管与管板焊接接头处出现泄漏的一个主要原因是介质引起的应力腐蚀所致,相关标准规范没有对此连接接头的热处理做出规定。通过对换热管与管板连接接头进行热处理认为此法可行,其对不同程度存在应力腐蚀介质的热交换器的长周期运行尤为重要。
Leakages appeared at the welding joints between the tubes and the tube-sheet in many heat exchangers, most of them were caused by the stress corrosion at the joints. There aren't stipulations about the heat treatment of the ioints. The feasibility of the stress relief PWHT was discussed according to study the influence of the heat treatments on the joints between the tubes and the tube-sheet. The heat exchangers being heat-treated could run one production cycle safely which was server in stress corrosion circumstances.
