摘要
对12Cr2MoG换热管和12Cr2Mo1管板2种不同材质之间的焊接方法、焊接材料以及焊接工艺参数等方面进行了焊接工艺试验,并对相应的焊缝金相组织进行了分析,总结出合适的焊接工艺并成功应用于某高压蒸汽发生器的制造。
Welding process was made in tubes of 12Cr2MoG and tube sheet of 12Cr2Mo1 for aspects such as welding method,welding material,welding process parameter and weld metallographic structure.Reasonable welding process was found and applied to fabrication of high pressure steam generator.
