摘要 密蒙花为马钱科醉鱼草属植物密蒙花的干燥花蕾及花序。研究报道密蒙花中主要含有黄酮类、苯乙醇苷类、三萜类等化学成分。对密蒙花的化学成分及其治疗眼部疾病、抗炎、降糖等生物活性等研究进展进行综述,旨在更好的开发利用该植物。 Mingmenhua is the dried flower buds and its inflorescences of Buddleja officinalis Maxim. belonging to Loganiaceae, Buddleja. In recent decades, a large range of bioactive compounds in Buddleja officinalis Maxim. has been identified including flavonoid, phenylethanoid and triterpene. Pharmacological studies indicated that the constituents have broad bioactivities such as anti-xerophthalmia, lower blood g|ucose, anti- inflammation, immunoregulation, antioxidant, antitumor and antibacterial effect. This paper reviewed the recent research progresses on chemical constituents of Buddleja officinalis Maxim. and their bioactivities, these mentioned above would be helpful for further studies on this plant.
