摘要
反倾销、反补贴和保障措施等 EU贸易保护法规是 WTO唯一允许成员国采取的维护贸易秩序和公平竞争的法律手段 ,文章不但对这些法规运作特点作了介绍 ,而且还对研究这些法规提供了启示和建议。
