摘要
名优绿茶的家庭贮藏方法研究是茶叶贮藏研究的一个组成部分,以四川名茶蒙顶甘露为试验材料,研究名优绿茶几种家庭适用贮藏方式。结果表明,常温下添加干燥剂贮藏,有利于保持茶叶品质;低温贮藏较常温在保持茶叶品质上有明显优势。低温下,以铁听为外包装、铝塑袋为内包装并添加干燥剂的贮藏方式为本研究的最佳方案,建议在名优绿茶家庭贮藏中推广使用。
Famous green tea preservation for households has always been an important part of the research of tea preservation. We use a famous Sichuan tea, Mengding Ganlu as the experimental material to study the methods of famous green tea preservation for households. According to the study, adding desiccant can be good to keep tea＇s quality under ordinary temperature. Low temperature preservation has lots of advantages over ordinary preservation on the maintenance of tea quality. We showed the best way of the preservation, which was to store tea in iron tin, wrapped with aluminum-plastic compound bag inside, and filled with desiccant. It was recommended to be widely used in tea preservation for households.
