摘要
农业创新人才的培养是日本高等教育人才培养的重要方面,在其农业人才培养过程中,通识教育发挥了重要的作用。这对我国农业创新人才的打造具有重要的启发意义。应该准确定位我国农业创新人才培养目标,改革课程设置,优化人才培养模式,注重实践教学,培养学生的创新精神,为我国农业经济的发展培养优秀人才。
Cultivation of agriculture creative talents is an important aspect of higher education talent training in Ja- pan. In the process of agricultural talent training, general education has played an important role, which has some enlightenment to the training of the innovative talents of China＇s agriculture. China＇s agricultural innovation and tal- ent education should be accurately positioned in the respect of the training objectives of agriculture creative talents. We should reform the curriculum to optimize the talent training mode, emphasize practice teaching to develop students＇ innovative spirit so that we can provide talents for the development of China＇s agricultural economy.
