摘要
近年来,日本进行了基本方向为"国际化、多元化、社会化"的高等职业教育改革,取得了显著成效,对我国高等职业教育有着重要启示:必须从战略层面进一步明确高等职业教育的地位与功能,必须从立法层面建立健全高职教育法律体系,另外,还要在完善高等职业教育结构的基础上,注重推动高等职业教育多元化、个性化、社会化发展;明确政府定位,发挥政府在高职教育发展中的作用。
In recent years, Japan has taken ＂internationalization, diversification, socialization＂ as the basic directions for its higher vocational education reform and has made great achievements. There are a lot of inspirations to China. We must make the status and function of higher vocational education more clear from a strategic aspect, establish and improve the vocational education law system, improve the structure of higher vocational schools, promote the diversification, personality and socialization of higher vocational education, and find the correct position and the role of government in higher vocational education.
