摘要
基于流体动力学理论,对某干式空气滤清器空腔本体及含滤芯滤清器系统的内部流场进行了仿真分析,在台架上对其进出口压差进行了试验测量,并对仿真结果和试验测量结果进行了对比;通过仿真结果,深入了解了该空气滤清器内部的速度场、压力场等分布规律,得到了流阻特性随流量的变化关系,对以后空气滤清器的设计具有一定的指导意义。
On the basis of fluid dynamics theory, simulation analysis is done to cavity of some dry-type air cleaner and inside flow distribution of filter system with fiher element. The differential pressure between its exits and entrances on the rack is tested and measured. At the same lime, the simulation resuh is compared with the measurement result in the test. By doing simulation, the distribution law of velocity field as well as pressure field within this air cleaner is studied. As a result, the relation between the changing of flow resistance charaeter and the changing of quantity of flow is achieved. That may guide the design of future air cleaner.
