摘要
空气滤清器是汽车发动机的重要部件,主要作用是保证进入气缸的空气质量,空气质量直接影响发动机的可靠性和使用寿命。通过介绍空气滤清器的发展动态和国内外的研究进展,并从滤料选择方面阐述发动机空气滤清器的应用现状,同时分析空气滤清器的过滤效率,给出计算方法,可为评定空气滤清器的过滤效果提供参考。
Air filter is one of important assemblies in automotive engine,which is a major role to ensure the quality of the intake air entering the cylinder.Its quality has a direct effect on reliability and service life of the engine.It introduces the application actuality and study of air filter at home and abroad,and encounts application actuality of automobile air filter from the aspects on choosing filter media.At the same time,it also analyzes the filtering effect of the filter,gives calculation method of filtering effect,and has reference value for evaluating the filtering effect of the filter.
