摘要
目的研究黑老虎(Kadsura coccinea)的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱、反相ODS柱色谱进行分离,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果从黑老虎根中分离得到14个化合物,分别鉴定为isovaleroyl-binankadsurin A(1)、kadsuralignan J(2)、acetyl-binankadsurin A(3)、五味子甲素(4)、去氢二异丁香酚(5)、内消旋二氢愈创木脂酸(6)、豆甾-4-烯-3-酮(7)、没食子酸(8)、水杨酸(9)、2-甲氧基苯甲酸(10)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(11)、5-羟甲基糠醛(12)、天师酸(13)、α-棕榈酸甘油酯(14)。结论化合物5、7~11、13、14为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物1和6为首次从该植物中分离得到。
The roots of Kadsura coccinea has been widely used as a folk medicine to treat gastric and duodenal ulcer,chronic gastritis,acute gastroenteritis,rheumatic arthritic,dysmenorrheal,etc.The constituents of the roots of K.coccinea were isolated by silica gel,ODS,sephadex LH-20 column chromatography,and their structures were elucidated by the spectroscopic analysis.Fourteen compounds were obtained and identified as isovaleroyl-binankadsurin A(1),kadsuralignan J(2),acetyl-binankadsurin A(3),deoxyschizandrin(4),dehydrodiisoeugenol(5),meso-dihydroguaiaretic acid(6),stigmast-4-en-3-one(7),gallic acid(8),salicylic acid(9),2-methoxy benzoic acid(10),dibutylphthalate(11),5-hydromethyl furaldehyde(12),tianshic acid(13),α-glyceryl palmitate(14).Compounds 5,7-11,13 and 14 were isolated from the genus Kadsura for the first time.Compounds 1 and 6 were isolated from Kadsura coccinea for the first time.
