摘要
中药白附子为天南星科梨头尖属植物独角莲 Typhonium giganteum Engl.的干燥地下块茎 ,我们自其低极性部位分离并鉴定了 6个化合物 ,分别为天师酸 (tianshic acid, )、尿嘧啶 (uridine, )、桂皮酸 (cinnamic acid, )、棕榈酸 (palm itic acid, )、β-谷甾醇 (β- sitosterol, )和β-谷甾醇 - 3- O-葡萄糖苷 (β- sitosterol- 3- O- gluceroside, ) ,其中天师酸、桂皮酸为本属植物中首次分得。
Six compounds were isolated from the rhizome of Typhonium giganteum Engl , a Chinese medicine Baifuzi recorded in Chinese Pharmacopoeia (1995), which were collected in Yuxian County, Henan Province, China Their chemical structures were elucidated as tianshic acid (Ⅰ), uridine (Ⅱ), cinnamic acid (Ⅲ), palmitic acid (Ⅳ), β-sitosterol (Ⅴ), β-sitosterol-3-O-glycoside (Ⅵ) Among them, tianshic acid and cinnamic acid were isolated from Typhonium genus for the first time
