摘要
研究了用化学方法对纳米氧化锆表面进行改性,优化出最佳条件:改性剂为己二酸,溶剂为甲苯,反应温度110℃,反应时间1h,氧化锆质量与表面改性剂体积之比为1g∶40mL。最佳条件下,所得氧化锆粉分散性好,流动性高,不易团聚。
Modification of nano zirconia surface by chemical method was experimental researched. The optimized process conditions were determined. Using adipic acid as surface modifier, toluene as solvent, at the conditions of reaction temperature of 110 ℃, reaction time of 1 h and ratio of zirconia mass to surface modifier volume of 1 g : 40 mL, the nano zirconia surface was modificated. The nano zirconia powder with good dispersibility and flowability was obtained.
