摘要
通过对新疆地区多个站场进行实测分析,探讨了不同类型的阳极地床对站场区域阴极保护系统保护效果的影响。结果表明,采用深井阳极的阴极保护系统,阴极保护电流容易通过接地网流失,造成恒电位仪负荷增加,因此被保护体必须与其他设施绝缘,否则阴极保护电流一旦泄漏将造成较大范围的影响;而采用柔性阳极或网状阳极的阴极保护系统,被保护体电位分布均匀,电流流失少,恒电位仪负荷小,对其他设施的影响较小。
The effects of different anode ground-beds on the local cathodic protection in oil-gas stations were analyzed by detecting a few of oil-gas stations in Xinjiang Region.The results indicated that the current of the cathodic protection system,which adopted the deep well anode ground-bed,was likely to leak through grounding systems and increased potentiostat load.So the facilities needing protection should be isolated from other ones,or the leakage current would cause large scale disturbance.By adopting grid anodes or flexible an odes,the cathodic protection system could provide more uniform potential distribution,less current loss,smaller potentiostat load,and less impact on other facilities.
