摘要
宁夏石油商业储备库是国家重点原油战略储备库,长庆油田首次采用柔性阳极作为该工程8台10万m3储罐的阴极保护。新型的柔性阳极阴极保护以其不产生污染物、不占用场地、保护效果好、电效率高、能耗小、工作寿命较长展示了优势。通过在宁夏石油商业储备库工程和后期的生产运行储备库工程施工中的应用,总结出一套成熟的施工工艺。文章介绍了该工程的施工工艺流程、操作要点及各项工序的质量要求,对同类工程的施工具有一定的参考价值。
Ningxia commercial oil reserve depot is a national key crude oil strategic reserve depot.In that oil reserve depot,flexible anodes are used as cathodic protection for 8 sets of 104 × m3 tanks for the first time in Changqing Oilfield.The new flexible anodes have the advantages such as no contamination,little occupied space,good protective effect,high electric efficiency,small amount of energy consummation and longer working life.Through the application of the flexible anodes in Ningxia commercial oil reserve depot,a set of mature construction processes is summarized.The construction process flow,key operation points and quality requirements for working procedures are summarized,which will be useful for similar projects.
