摘要
从泸州老窖浓香型白酒发酵窖池的窖泥样品中分离出了1株酵母菌。经菌落特征观察和镜检后,利用Biolog微生物自动鉴定系统对该酵母菌进行鉴定,结果判定,该酵母菌为Pichia jadini(i杰丁毕赤酵母)。
A yeast strain was isolated from pit mud of Luzhou-flavor liquor successfully. After observing colony characteristics and microscopic examination, we used Biolog automated microbes identification system (Biolog System) for the identification of such strain, and the results sug- gested that such yeast strain was Piehiajadinii.
