摘要
建立了高效液相色谱法测定叶酸片中叶酸含量的方法。采用Symmetry C18色谱柱(150×4.6mm,3.5μm),以磷酸盐缓冲溶液(PBS,pH=6.3)为流动相,检测波长254nm,柱温35℃。叶酸在0.04~0.36μg/mL范围线性良好(r=0.9999),平均加标回收率为99.4%(RSD=0.44%)。该方法简便准确,精密度良好,适用于叶酸片中叶酸含量的测定。
An HPLC method for the assay of folic acid in folic acid table was established. The assay was performed on a Symmetry C^8 column(150 X 4.6 mm, 3.5 ffm). The mobile phase was phosphate buffer solution(pH=6.3). The detection wavelength was 254nm and the column temperature was 35 ~C. Good linearity was obtained in the range of 0.04~0.36 g/mL(r=0. 9999). The average recovery was 99.4% (RSD=0.44%). The method was simple,rapid,accurate and might be suitable for the analysis of fo acid.
