摘要
主要研究了ZY16800/32/70型号液压支架的有限元应力状况。通过Pro/E建立液压支架的三维模型,在对其进行合理简化的基础上,利用Ansys Workbench12.1对液压支架进行了顶梁两端、底座外侧内加载工况下的有限元分析,根据相关结构件的应力分布特点,为支架的改进设计与加工生产提供了参考依据。
The paper mainly researched the stress condition of hydraulic powered support of ZY16800/ 32/70. Three dimension model of hydraulic powered support was built by using of the specialty software Pro/E. After simplifying the model of the hydraulic powered support, finite element analysis was conducted by using of the software Ansys Workbenchl2.1 in the working conduction that two ends of the roof beam and out sides of the bottom case. Providing useful reference for modified design and manufacturing according to stress distribution character of correlative parts.
