摘要
应用ANSYS软件对自卸车新型特种支架进行建模和分析,主要分析了支架在静力作用下的强度和刚度,并针对不足进行结构改进。分析结果表明新支架结构的强度和刚度满足使用要求,并且应力分布均匀,提高了使用寿命,为后续的结构优化设计提供了经验和参考。
A finite element model of new design of bracket for SGA3723 mining truck based on ANSYS was built up, and the staile strength and stiffness was analysed. Some improvements were carried out for the weakness of primary design . The results showed that the new frame meet the requirements of the strength and rigidity of the, structure, and the stress distribute uniformity, which increased accessory expectancy life. Some experiences and references are good for follow- up optimization of structural design.
