摘要
目的提高多药耐药菌管理质量。方法建立了医院感染管理信息系统,实现对多药耐药菌信息查询、数据统计分析、信息反馈、交流功能。结果 2009年病原学送检率为65.04%,2010年为85.05%;2009年多药耐药菌隔离情况全院检查平均得分为75分、2010年为92分。结论提高病原学送检率是做好多药耐药菌管理的前提;实时、动态进行多药耐药菌的目标性监测能为切实落实各项隔离措施提供保障;加强多药耐药管理可使抗菌药物治疗更规范。
OBJECTIVE To improve the management quality of multidrug-resistant bacteria. METHODS The hospital infection management information system was established so as to achieve the information inquiry, statistical analysis of the data, information feedback, and communication function. RESULTS The etiology submission rate was 65.04% in 2009 and 85.05% in 2010; the average score of quarantine management was 75 points in 2009 and 92 points in 2010. CONCLUSION To improve the etiology submission rate is the premise of good management of multidrug-resistant baeteria; real-time, dynamic and orientated monitoring for multi-resistant bacteria management is the guarantee of the effective implementation of quarantine; to intensify the management of multidrug-resistant isolates can make the antibiotics treatment more standardized.
