摘要
柯雪帆教授长期专注于《伤寒论》的教学与研究,且善于总结《伤寒论》的临床经验,提出新见解;同时认为《伤寒论》编次顺序应尊重宋版,要重视《伤寒论》经典价值,提倡逐字体会《伤寒论》。在研究中,发掘出了《伤寒论》中医腹诊体系和仲景药物剂量换算规律,还于细微之处解读出仲景医德观,并进行了仲景学说与日本汉方医观点的比较研究。
Professor Ke Xuefan concentrated on teaching and researching of Treatise on Febrile Diseases. He summarized clinical experience in Treatise on Febrile Diseases and put forward new ideas. He viewed that the order of arrangement of Treatise on Febrile Diseases should be accorded to the Song-version. The value of Treatise on Febrile Diseases should be focused and the significance should be understood word by word. This paper explored abdomen examination in Treatise on Febrile Diseases and conversion law of medicine dose, explained the medical ethics of Zhang Zhongjing and compared thoughts of Zhang Zhongjing with viewpoints on Chinese prescription in Japan.
