摘要
从剖析医学院校的科研特点入手,指出医学院校的科研发展与附属医院的高水平科研能力密不可分。结合学校科研工作实践,阐述了医学院校推进科研发展的策略,包括建设理念引导、临床资源整合、激励机制引入、交流平台搭建、基础临床结合等五个方面。
This paper analyzes the scientific research characteristics of medical colleges, and points out that the scientific research development of medical colleges and the high level research ability of affiliated hospital are inseparable. Subse- quently taking the Capital Medical University as an example, this paper describes the scientific research development strate- gy of medical colleges, including construction idea guidance, clinical resource integration, incentive mechanism introduc- tion, exchanging platform construction and basic clinical combination.
