摘要
对地方院校近两年在科技人力、科技经费、科技项目、科技交流、科技成果方面进行了统计,并与部委院校、教育部直属院校进行比较分析,表明地方院校在这五方面与其它院校存在明显的差距。需在更新教育观念,加强人才培养和引进,多渠道增加经费投入等方面提高地方院校科技活动能力。
The article malces statistics on skilled personnel, scientific and technical expenditure, projects, exchanges and achieuements in the past two years,Through making comparative analysis with uniuersities of ministries and commissions and universities directly under educational department,This article shows that there is a distinct gap between local colleges and other colleges in these five aspects, in order to enhance the ability of scientific and technical activities in local colleges, The educational concept should be strengthened and funds investment should be increased through various channels.
