摘要
职业院校双师型教师队伍建设,宏观上看是专兼职两支教师队伍的建设问题,微观上看是职业院校教师个人的专业素质问题。所谓双师型教师,既要有一定的教学能力,又要有一定的专业能力,高职院校应参照这样的要求培养自己的教师队伍。不管是专任教师还是兼职教师,在教师的专业素质要求上,应该是同一标准。
Dual-qualified teachers is a specific requirement in vocational colleges.However,the construction of dual-qualified teachers has double significances.In general,it is the construction of both full-time and part-time teachers.It is the professional qualifications of vocational college teachers on micro-level.The so-called dualqualified teachers are required to not only possess teaching ability,but specific professional ability as well.The vocational colleges might as well train the teachers in accordance with the requirements.Either the full-time or parttime teachers should stick to the same standard concerning the professional qualifications.
