摘要
发展具有中国特色的高等职业教育,必须建设一支具有中国特色的双师型教学团队,包括专职专业教师队伍建设和兼职教师队伍建设,这需要学校、政府和行业企业共同努力,通过校企合作、工学结合、顶岗实习的人才培养模式改革才能实现。学校是职业教育任务的主要承担者,应主动加强和有关各方的联系,创造性地开展工作,不断探索,以实现这一目标。
To develop higher vocational education with Chinese characteristics, we must build a ＂dual- certificated＂ teaching team, including full - time professional teachers and part - time teachers. This requires common efforts of schools, government and trade enterprises. Schools play the leading role in vocational education, therefore, they should take the initiative in contacting with other organizations for the goal of education reform.
