摘要
目的:观察针刺配合手法对慢性疲劳综合征((FS)的治疗作用,探索治疗CFS的有效方法,提高临床疗效。方法:将符合入选标准的CFS患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例。治疗组采用针刺配合手法治疗,对照组采用常规针刺治疗。两周一疗程,共治疗两个疗程。通过观察治疗前后两组临床症状综合评分来观察其临床疗效。结果:在临床症状积分评定方面:治疗组和对照组治疗后的症状积分均较治疗前明显减低(P<0.05);而治疗后两组组间的症状积分和差值比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组在缓解临床症状上优于对照组。在总体疗效评定方面:治疗组总有效率达93.33%;而对照组总有效率为76.67%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺配合手法辨证治疗可明显改善CFS患者的临床症状,是一种治疗CFS安全有效的方法,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To investigate the treatment function to CFS by the combination using acupuncture with needling techniques, and explore effective methods of treating CFS to improve the clinical effect. Methods：60 CFS patients were randomly divided into treatment group（30 cases） and control group（30 cases）according to the criteria for the CFS. The treatment group was treated by the combination acupuncture with needling tech- niques,while the control group was treated by conventional acupuncture. A period of treatment is two weeks, The total treatment is two courses. The clinical effects are observed by clinical symptoms comprehensive score of the two groups before and after treatment. Results：In the clinical symptom scores assess the symptom scores of two groups after treatment were significantly lower than that of before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There were statisti- cal differences between the treatment group and the control group in the index of symptom scores and the differ- ences after treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The treatment group was superior to the control group in alleviating clinical symptoms. In the overall efficacy evaluation the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33% and 76. 67% of the control group, the curative effect of treatment group was better than control group（ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion：The combination acupuncture with needling techniques is a safty and effective treatment method to CFS and are worthy clinical application which can obviously improve the clinical symptoms to CFS patients.
