摘要
本文报道了粤糖５７／４２３×云斑８２／１２８的子代Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄ、Ｅ株系的过氧化物酶同工酶鉴定结果．结果表明子代Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄ、Ｅ株系兼具父本和母本的部分酶带，是粤糖５７／４２３×云斑８２／１２８的真实杂交种。但酶谱类型，酶带数目，酶带活性强弱，不仅与双亲存在差异，而且还出现数量不等的双亲所没有的杂种酶带２Ａ、６Ａ、７Ａ、９Ａ、１１Ａ、１３Ａ、１７Ａ。
The alticle reported the appraisal result of the filial generation B. C. D, E from Yuetang57/423 × Yunnan Mianthus 82 /118 through analysing the peroxidaes isozyme. The result showed that filial generation B, C. D. E not only were different in zymogram type, enzyme band number and enzyme activity from parental pair, but also had different intercross enzyme bands i. e. 2A. 6A. 7A. 9A. 11A. 13A. 17A that parental pair hadn' t. This result confirmed that B. C. D. E were real hybrids from Yuetan57 / 423 × Yunnan Erianthus 82 /118.
