摘要
对12个供试材料分蘖末期叶片6种酶的同工酶谱资料进行了聚类分析。在2个野生种和4个原始栽培种中,Chunnee和松溪竹蔗的酶谱相似系数最大,可聚成一类;2个野生种和热带种各成一类。6个杂交品种可归为二类;第一个聚类包括NCo 310、Co 331、海蔗4号和闽糖70/611等4个品种;第二个聚类由闽糖703和F134构成。杂交品种与原始栽培种的亲缘关系较近。与野生种的亲缘关系较远。同工酶分析的结果可供甘蔗分类和杂交亲本选择参考。
Based on the zymograms of leaf peroxidase,esterase,amylase, malate dehydrogenase,cytochrome oxidase and phosphoenolpyruvate car- boxylase in Saccharum species and varieties,a cluster analysis was made to compare the relationships between them.There were four clusters among the five species.One was consisted of Chunnee(S.barberi)and Songxi bamboo cane(S.sinenes),the other three one each,respectively.The six varieties were divided into two clusters.One comprised four varieties:NCo310, Co331,Haizhe No.4 and Mintang 70/611;and the other,two varieties: F134 and Minxian 703.The relationships between all of the six varieties and original cultivars were closer than those between them and the wild species. These results suggest that isozyme analysis could provide evidences for classification and bases for decision of the parents used before crossing in sugarcane.
