摘要
应用平面波展开法和时域有限差分(FDTD)法分析计算了二维方形光子晶体微波波段带隙范围,并重点分析了影响微波波段二维方形光子晶体带隙的因素。通过改变二维方形光子晶体的介电常数、截面半径,得出了带隙范围随这两种因素变化的规律,从而为微波传播的二维光子晶体器件的设计提供理论基础。
The plane wave expansion method and the finite difference time domain (FDTD) method are used alculating the 2d square photonic crystals with gap microwave band range, and the affect microwave band 2d square photonic crystal factors are analyzed. By changing the 2-d photonic crystal square of dielectric constant, section radius, draw the band gap with the two factors scope change rules, thus for microwave communication two-dimensional photonic crystal device of design provides theoretical basis.
