摘要
设计嵌套式二维光子晶体,利用有限差分法进行计算,发现在滤波功能上它要比单个缺陷二维光子晶体滤波的范围要大,能量损失要小。
Two dimension nesting crystal is designed. The transmitting spectrum is obtained by the finite difference time domain method. This structure can act as a filter, which is better than the crystal with a single defect.
