摘要
如何既促进工业化的发展,又切实解决经济社会发展与资源环境的矛盾,是中国工业化进程中生态文明建设的历史使命。中国生态文明建设应从两个层面逐步推进:一是建设作为文明要素的生态文明,主要是形成生态化生产方式,并将生态文明观念渗入经济、政治、文化、社会等各个领域,促进其向着生态化的方向发展;二是建设作为文明形态的生态文明,即进行包括经济、政治、文化、社会等全方位的根本变革,最终超越工业文明形态。当前,我们应在建设文明要素生态文明的基础上,促进工业文明向生态文明形态的跃升。
how to not only advance the development of industrialization,but also effectively solve the problem of economic and social development with the contradictions of the resources and the environment,it is the historical mission of the construction of ecological civilization in China’s industrialization process.The construction of China’s ecological civilization should go from two aspects step by step： on the one hand,it is the construction of ecological civilization as civilized elements.It is mainly the formation of ecological mode of production,and brings the concept of ecological civilization into the fields of economy,politics,culture,society and so on,advancing it to the direction of ecology;one the other hand,it is the construction of ecological civilization as a form of civilization,which includes economic,political,cultural,social and other comprehensive fundamental changes and eventually surpasses the industrial civilization form.At present,we should advance industrial civilization form to ecological civilization form by the construction of ecological civilization on the basis of civilized elements.
