摘要
海西三明生态工贸区作为福建省"十二五"时期十大新增长区域,起着连接沿海、辐射内陆、联动周边的增长极作用。三明生态工贸区着重点在于绿色概念,与党的十八大报告所提到的"大力推进生态文明建设"的精神相吻合,结合当前该生态工贸区建设过程中所面临的一些实际,加快推进三明生态工贸区的建设,着力实现其规划目标,对三明以及福建的经济发展有着重大的现实意义。
As one of Ten new growth areas of 12th Five-Year＂ period in Fujian Province, Hercynian Sanming eco-in- dustry and trade zones serve as a link coastal radiation inland, linkage surrounding growth pole. Its focus lies in the green concept, which is consistent with the spirit of ＂vigorously promote the construction of ecological civilization＂ mentioned in the report of 18th CPC National Congress. Therefore, combing with the analysis of some practical issues in the construction process for the eco-industry and trade zone, to accelerate the construction of Sanming eco-industry and trade zone and make efforts to achieve the planning objectives are of great practical significance to the economic development of Sanming and Fu- jian.
