摘要
目的探究工作负荷、工作支持和自我价值感对心理健康的影响。方法对某地区武警做了症状自评量表(SCL-90)、自编工作状况和工作自我感受问卷调查。结果除了工作支持外,异常组的价值感受因子、工作有效节奏、工作负荷与正常组差异显著,t值均在正负3以上,P均<0.01;异常组的加班次数显著高于正常组(t=-2.235,P=0.033),异常组中加班和未加班被试的心理健康状况无差异(t=0.724,P=0.471);心理健康与工作支持、自我价值感因子、工作节奏呈显著负相关,最小r值为-0.146,P<0.01,与工作负荷的相关极其显著(r=0.197,P<0.01);工作负荷与工作支持通过自我价值影响心理健康状况路径模型指标良好。结论异常群体的自我价值感和工作节奏低于正常者,工作负荷、工作支持通过自我价值间接影响心理健康状况,自我价值感和工作有效节奏既彼此互为中介间接影响心理健康,亦可直接影响心理健康。
Objective To explore the effects of working load,working support and self-value feeling on mental health.Methods A total of 1002 armed policemen were investigated by the SCL-90,self-valued feeling questionnaire and working station questionnaire.Results ①Other than working support,there were significant differences between the normal group and the abnormal group on the self-value feeling,the work rhythm and work load,its values are bigger than three or smaller than-3,P〈0.01,②The normal group was lower than abnormal group on the frequency of work overtime（t=-2.235,P=0.033）,but as for the mental health,there was no difference between the overtime group and the no overtime group（t=0.724,P=0.471）.③Mental health was significantly negatively related to the factors of working support,the self-value feeling and work rhythm（P〈0.05）,but significantly positively to the factors of working load（P〈0.05）,④The indexes of model which working load and support affectted on the mental health by the selfvalue feeling were good.Conclusion The abnormal group is lower than normal group on the self-value feeling,but higher on the work rhythm and load,working load and support immediately influence on mental health by self-value feeling,both the work rhythm and self-value feeling interacting between both of them influence the mental health.
