摘要
城市居住区地下空间的开发利用是城市建设和经济发展到一定阶段 ,出现土地紧张和环境恶化结果后的一种解决方案。本文针对城市居住区地下空间的开发利用的综合效益、功能规划、开发模式等进行分析和探讨 。
Development and utilization of underground space in residential areas is a solution for the problems related to the deficiency of land and environment deterioration during urban construction. In this paper, analysis and investigation of complex effects, function planning and development mode in development and utilization of underground space in urban residential areas were carried out. [
