后侧入路治疗后踝骨折31例 被引量：6

摘要 目的探讨后侧入路治疗后踝骨折的效果。方法对31例后踝骨折采用后侧人路进行内固定手术。结果本组均获6-17个月，平均12个月随访，骨折均愈合，踝关节功能按Leeds标准进行评定：优21例，良8例。差2例，优良率93．5％。结论采用后侧人路对后踝骨折进行内固定手术，骨折暴露清楚，复位容易，出血少，操作方便。
