可吸收螺钉内固定配合中药治疗内踝骨折 被引量：1

摘要 传统的内踝骨折内固定物以金属材料为主,保留在体内常有腐蚀和应力遮挡效应,导致骨质疏松、踝关节僵硬等并发症,需要2次手术取出。自2006年5月-2010年11月,笔者采用可吸收螺钉内固定配合中药口服、外熏蒸治疗内踝骨折,疗效满意。现报告如下。1临床资料本组67例,男47例,女20例;年龄21～48岁,平均33岁;
