C型踝关节骨折的诊疗策略 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨C型踝关节骨折切开复位内固定的术前评估、手术设计、下胫腓联合的诊治策略。方法 86例C型踝关节骨折行切开复位内固定手术并获得随访,对内外踝及部分后踝、下胫腓联合切开复位内固定。结果随访6~32个月,疗效评分:优62例,良18例,可5例,差1例,优良率92.9%。结论对C型踝关节骨折进行完善的术前评估,并据此做出个体化的手术设计,术后疗效满意。
