摘要
目的观察水蛭素对急性血瘀大鼠血液流变学的影响。方法 SD雄性大鼠100只,随机分为水蛭素组(25只)、肝素钠对照组(25只)、模型对照组(25只)和空白对照组(25只),各组均采用尾静脉给药。给药1周后,除空白对照组外,其余各组大鼠均采用冰水游泳加注射肾上腺素的方法制作成急性血瘀模型,然后颈动脉采血,观察各组大鼠血液流变学情况的差异。结果水蛭素组各项血流变学指标均优于模型对照组,与肝素钠组相当。结论水蛭素具有改善急性血瘀大鼠血液流变学指标的作用。
Objective To reseach effects of hirudin on the blood rheology of rats with acute blood stasis. Methods 100 of SD male rats were randomly divided into hirudin group (n = 25 ) , heparin sodium control group ( n = 25 ) , model control group ( n = 25 ) and blank control group ( n = 25 ). Given the drug by tail vein, On the seventh day, using exhaustive swim plus epinephrine injection. Methods Create an animal model of acute blood stasis expect of blank control group. Then observe the difference of blood rheology between four groups with acquired blood of carotid artery. Results Compared with model control group. All blood rheology index of hirudin group have a superiority and as well as hepafin sodium control group. Conclusion Hirudiri can improve blood rheology index of rats with acute blood stasis.
