天然水蛭素改善激光致SD大鼠皮肤创面损伤的机制研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨天然水蛭素促进SD大鼠激光术后创面愈合的效果。方法:选用成年雄性SD大鼠20只,二氧化碳激光烧灼皮肤形成创面,将创面分为对照组及水蛭素组,水蛭素组创面外敷含有20 ATU/mL天然水蛭素生理盐水溶液的纱布,对照组用生理盐水;术后第2、第4、第6天观察创面愈合情况,同时检测各时间点的炎症因子单核细胞趋化蛋白1(MCP-1)表达量况及血管密度值(MVD)。结果:术后第4、第6天水蛭素组创面面积明显较对照组缩小(P<0.05);术后第2、第4天,水蛭素组创面MCP-1表达量低于对照组,MVD大于对照组(P<0.05);至第6天,水蛭素组与对照组创面MCP-1表达量、MVD相当(P>0.05)。结论:水蛭素可减少MCP-1的释放,促进激光创面组织微血管生成,对激光术后创面的愈合有一定的促进作用。 Objective: To investigate the effect of natural hirudin on wound healing in SD rats after laser surgery.Methods: A total of 20 adult male SD rats were selected to cauterize the skin by carbon dioxide laser to form wounds. The wounds were divided into control group and hirudin group. The wounds in hirudin group were treated with gauze containing 20 ATU/mL natural hirudin saline solution, while the wounds in control group were treated with normal saline. The wound healing was observed on the day 2, 4 and 6 after operation, and the expression of inflammatory factor monocyte chemotactic protein 1(MCP-1) and vascular density value(MVD) were detected at each time point. Results: On the day 4 and 6 after operation, the wound area in the hirudin group was significantly smaller than that in the control group(P<0.05). On the day 2 and 4 after operation, the expression of MCP-1 wound area in the hirudin group was smaller than that in the control group, while the MVD in the hirudin group was larger than that in the control group(P<0.05). On the 6 th day, the expression of MCP-1 and MVD in the hirudin group were similar to that in the control group(P>0.05). Conclusion: Hirudin can reduce the release of MCP-1, promote the microangiogenesis of laser wound tissue, and promote wound healing after laser operation.
