摘要
本文研究了水蛭的抗凝血酶作用,并比较了4种提取方法对抗凝作用的影响。冷浸和温浸,抗凝活性强度为菲牛蛭>日本医蛭》两种宽体金线蛭。煎煮后,前两种的活性锐碱,而两种宽体金线蛭的活性几乎不变。
The anticoagulant activity of 4 kinds of leeches was studied and 4 methods of extracting the leeches were compared. the activity of the extracts from soaking in cold water or warm water is: Poecilobdella manillensis ( Ⅰ)Hirudo nipponia ( Ⅱ )≥Whitmania pigra( Ⅲ, Ⅳ )After decocting,the activity of Ⅰ and 2222 decreased sharply, while the activity of Ⅲ and Ⅳ is almost the same as soaking.
