摘要
目的 :探讨Histidine_Tryptophan_Ketoglutarat(HTK)和维拉帕米 (Verapamil)对肝细胞的保护作用。方法 :应用原代培养肝细胞作为模型 ,将过氧化氢及保护剂HTK和Verapamil作用于细胞 ,观察细胞存活率、MTT的OD值 ,以及DNA电泳分析结果。结果 :发现HTK和Verapamil对过氧化氢诱导的细胞损伤有保护作用 ,两者合用优于单独使用。
Objective:To study the protective effect of HTK and verapamil on liver cell.Method:Using the model of primary culture of liver cell,H-2O-2,HTK and verapamil were applied to liver cell.The livablity of cell,the OD value of MTT and the results of DNA electrophoresis were observed.Results:We found that HTK and verapmil could improve the survival of primary liver cell on H-2O-2 and had certain protecting effect on hepatic cell injuries induced by H-2O-2. We also found a synergistic effect between HTK and verapamil when used simultanously.
