摘要
目的:探讨Batroxobin等药物对兔静脉移植模型早期PCNA表达的影响。方法:兔颈静脉移植于颈动脉后应用Batroxobin、LMWH、Urokinase和Vera-pamil治疗,并于不同时间采用免疫组化方法观察血管平滑肌(VSMC)中PCNA表达的变化。结果:术后3、7、14d均有PCNA的表达;3d时Urokinase、LMWH两组PCNA的表达与对照组无显著差异;Verapamil及Batroxobin两组的PCNA指数均低于对照及其他两组:术后7、14dVSMC中的PCNA各组的表达均与术后3d相同只是强度略有下降;移植静脉PCNA指数均略低于相应动脉。结论:Urokinase、LMWH对血管移植后VSMC内的PCNA无影响。
Objective: To investigate the influence of Batroxobin and other drugs on expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen in early transplant vessels of Newzealand rabbit model with jugular vein transplanted to carotid. Methods: With the techniques of pathological, immunohistochemical to detect the expression of vascular smooth muscle cell in vein grafts and join arteries. Results: There was rather active PCNA expression on 3 d, 7 d and 14 d after venous graft, especially for 3 d. Urokinase and LMWH had no effect on PCNA expression in VSMC, but there was a significant inhibitory effect in Batroxobin and Verapamil groups compared with the three groups of contrast, Urodinase and LMWH. Conclusions: Batroxobin and Verapamil can inhibit the PCNA expression of vein grafts and join arteries in different time.
