摘要
本文论述了热嵌固齿工艺对钎头体材质的要求;根据弹性力学理论,建立了固齿关键参数——过盈量与固紧力之间的关系,并分析了各个参数对固齿效果的影响。对此工艺有一定实用价值。
The require of the technology of hot fixing button on the bit to the bits materials is described in the paper. Based on the theory of elasticity, the relation is suggested between the fixing-stress and the overfitting clearance, which is the main parameter of the fixing button. It has been analysed that the parameters have an influence on the effects of the fixing button. It is of some practical value to the technology.
