摘要
研究了真空渗流法制备的通孔泡沫铝的吸声性能、通孔泡沫铝的孔结构参数及厚度对通孔泡沫铝吸声性能的影响。试验结果表明 ,真空渗流法制备的通孔泡沫铝具有较大的吸声系数 ,而且随孔径减小或孔隙率、厚度增加 。
This paper focused on the sound absorbing property of foamed aluminum with open pore that was fabricated with vacuum infiltration method, The influences of pore structural parameters and thickness of foamed aluminum with open pore on sound absorbing coefficient were studied. The results showed that the foamed aluminum with open pore made by vacuum infiltration have large sound absorbing coefficient. When its pore diameter decreases, its porosity or its thickness increases, its sound absorbing property will be improved.
