摘要
探讨了食盐粒子的预处理和高温烧制预制型的工艺，以及以食盐粒子作填料，用渗铸法制备ＺＬ１０４泡沫铝合金的工艺；分析了铝液在压渗时外加压力。
Pretreatment processing of salt particls and preform made technology by sintering salt grains at high temperature and fabricating process of ZL104 porous Al alloy by means of penetrating casting in the salt grain packing are studied in the paper. Effects of the pouring temperature, pretreating temperature of the grains and the exerted pressure druging the penetration of Al melt on the effective penetrating length for porous Al alloy with some grain diameters have been analyzed.
