摘要 采用真空吸铸工艺制备稀土泡沫铝合金,研究了新工艺下填料粒子预热温度、熔体铸造温度、真空度及填料粒子粒径对渗流长度的影响.结果表明,真空度、浇注温度及填料粒子预热温度是影响真空吸铸工艺渗流长度的主要因素,随着真空度的增大及浇注温度、填料粒子预热温度的升高,泡沫铝的渗流长度增长;粒径对渗流长度的影响相对较小.在铝液的铸造温度730℃、填料粒子的预热温度为440℃、真空度0.04~0.06MPa条件下,采用真空吸铸工艺制备出的稀土泡沫铝合金的氧化烧损较少,稀土元素的烧损均小于5%. RE foam aluminum was fabricated by vacuum suction casting method. Some factors of this method including filler preheating temperature, casting temperature, vacuum and diameter of filler were studied in this paper. It was found that the vacuum, casting temperature and filler preheating temperature were three key parameters which affected the infiltration length of the foam Al, showing that as the vacuum increased and the casting temperature of melting aluminum and the preheated temperature of particles increased, the infiltration length of foam Al increased, while the diameter of filler has little influence on the infiltration length. Less oxidation loss was found and RE oxidation loss was less than 5 % during the fabrication process of the RE foam aluminum when the filler preheating temperature is about 730℃, casting temperature is about 440℃ and vacuum is 0.04-0.06 MPa.
