摘要
目的:建立HPLC法测定复方利血平片中氢氯噻嗪含量的方法。方法:采用SunfireTM C18色谱柱;甲醇-0.1%己烷磺酸钠溶液(磷酸调节pH=3.0±0.1)(20:70)为流动相;流速为1.0mL.min-1;检测波长为308nm。结果:氢氯噻嗪的线性范围:14.11～70.55μg/mL(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为100.31%,RSD为1.11(n=4)。结论:本方法操作简单、快速、准确,可用于复方利血平片中氢氯噻嗪含量测定。
Objective：A method was established for the determination of the content of hydrochlorothiazide in compound reserpin tablets.Methods：The separation was preformed on SunfireTM C18 column,using methanol-sodium hexanesulfonate（adjust PH to PH=3.0±0.1 by） phosphoric acid）（30：70）,the flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1 and detecting wave length was 308nm.Results：the linear range of hydrochlorothiazide was 14.11~70.55μg（r=0.999 9） and average recovery was 100.31%,RSD=1.11%（n=4）.Conclusion：The metheod was simple,fast and accurate,It can be used for determination of the content of hydrochlorothiazide in compound reserpin tablets.
