摘要
目的:建立盐酸异丙嗪糖浆中盐酸异丙嗪的含量测定方法。方法:以醋酸钠缓冲液-丙酮-氯化钯试液为试剂,采用可见光谱法于盐酸异丙嗪特征吸收峰(460±1)nm处直接测定盐酸异丙嗪的含量。结果:盐酸异丙嗪在0.01 ̄0.08mg/ml浓度范围内,浓度与吸收值呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.99995,平均回收率99.8%,RSD0.99%。结论:方法简便,结果准确。
Objective: To establish a methods to determine the contents of promethazeine hydroehloride syrup. Methods: There is specific absorb peak of earboxyl at 460 nm in promethazine hydroehloride spectrogram. Use sodium acetate buffer solution, acetone, palladium choride as agent, detected promethazeine hydroehloride syrup at 460 nm±l nm by Vis-speetrophotometry. Results: Promethazine hydroehloride was linear within the range of 0.01 - 0.08 mg/ml concentration with a correlation coefficient of 0.99995, concentration and absorbance show a good linear relation. The average recovery was 99.8%, RSD was 0.99%. Conclusion: The method is fast, simple and accurately.
