摘要
目的分析我院中药注射液的使用方法及注意事项,促进临床合理用药。方法抽取我院中药注射剂,对其主要成分、性状、单次最大剂量、滴注时间等进行分析,并对结果进行回访调查。结果通过临床药师的分析及干预,中药注射剂不良反应发生率降低(χ2=3.826,P=0.031)。结论通过临床药师的不断干预,能够加快中药注射剂的合理用药进程。
Objective To analyze the method and precautions of traditional Chinese medicine injection in our hospital ; and promote the rational use of clinical drugs. Methods The components, characteristics, maximum single dose ,infusion time and other aspects of extracted traditional Chinese medicine injections were discussed and analyzed retrospectively. Results The adverse reactions rate of traditional Chinese medicine injection decreased （χ^2 = 3. 826, P = 0. 031 ） through the analysis and intervention by clinical pharmacists. Conclusion The process in rational use of tra- ditional Chinese medicine injections can be promoted by continuous intervention of clinical pharmacists.
