摘要
目的:评价我院心脑血管病类中药注射剂使用现状和趋势。方法:对我院2006-2010年心脑血管病类中药注射剂的销售金额、用药频度、日用药金额进行统计分析。结果:我院心脑血管类中药注射剂总用药金额逐年增长,品规数自2007年开始逐年减少;价格较低的药物应用较多,药品经济效益与社会效益的同步性趋于合理。结论:我院心脑血管病类中药注射剂使用呈上升趋势,临床应加强辩证施治,重视合理用药。
OBJECTIVE：To analyze and evaluate the status quo and tendency of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） injections in the treatment of cardio-cerebrovascular diseases in our hospital.METHODS：The utilization of TCM injections in the treatment of cardio-cerebrovascular diseases in our hospital during 2006-2010 was analyzed statistically in respect of consumption sum,DDDs and DDC.RESULTS：The consumption sum of TCM injections in the treatment of cardio-cerebrovascular diseases were increasing year by year.The number of different specifications reduced since 2007.There was a widespread clinical application for TCM injections with low price.Synchronization between economic benefits and social benefits was more rational.CONCLUSION：Application of TCM injections in the treatment of cardio-cerebrovascular diseases in our hospital shows an upward trend.Diagnosis and treatment based on pathogenesis,differentiation of symptoms and signs should be strengthened in the clinic as well as rational drug use.
