摘要
目的为了提高药物的合理应用,就门诊处方中不合理用药问题进行分析,与大家共同探讨提高,以减少不合理用药的发生。方法抽查我院门诊2012年7～12月份的处方共8389张,从中遴选出不合理用药处方进行分析。结果在抽查的8389张处方中,不合理用药处方有329张,不合格率为3.92%。结论我院门诊用药基本合理,但也存在一定程度的不合理用药现象,临床医师、药师要加强业务学习,不断提高合理用药水平。
Objective To analyze the irrational drug use in outpatient prescriptions and promote clinical rational drug use. Methods There were 8389 prescriptions extracted from July to December in 2012 and the irrational drug prescriptions were evaluated. Results In 8389 outpatient prescriptions, there were 329（3.92%）unqualified prescriptions. Conclusion There was some irrational drug use in outpatient prescriptions. Doctors and pharmacists need to update their knowledge to accommodate the clinic treatment.
